Analysis
Padoan Sistemi, in collaboration with Cerletti Oenological School in Conegliano and CIRVE of the University of Padua, has developed and created a system destined for sensory analysis.
The single module, designed in line with the requirements of UNI ISO 8589 and patented, is intended for different professional contexts that require the sensory evaluation of wine and spirits, in constant and controlled conditions. It is an integrated modulable and sectional operational unit, complete with professional lighting and water system.
Technical features
Lighting
LED lighting system in compliance with UNI ISO 8589, for the evaluation of the organoleptic characteristics of wines, with high chromatic efficiency. Flexible and adjustable arms, with aluminium base for heat dissipation. Natural white 4000°K lamp with high chromatic efficiency (CRI 95) for the evaluation of the organoleptic characteristics of wine. Red lamp, for visual analysis of clarity or presence of suspended particles in red wines, and to conceal differences in colour or other physical characteristics.
Operational and tecnical structure
Hemisferical countersunk sink on the top, with water flow button, working with timer solenoid valve. Automatic water pressure regulator. Possibility to install the water loading/unloading system inside the structure, which does not require water supply. Integrated profile of the steel tap integrated in the surface of the sink, not removable and burglar-proof, arranged for a tangential washing. Inspectable siphon, with block of odors flow from drains.
Work top and controllers
White high-pressure compact laminate work plan, with black core, specifically designed as surface for laboratories. High scratch and impact-resistance surface; does not support bacterial growth and endure the agressive chemiacal agent. Free-stand controls, scratch-resistant capacitive board on the worktop for water and lights. Technical compartment with connecting pipes and drainage channels, arrangement for water connection and electricity provided by costumer. Low voltage power supply system.
